Hi, I’m Yash — a Data & Insights Analyst with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable stories. I specialise in using technology to uncover insights that help businesses grow smarter. Whether it’s building intuitive dashboards, training machine learning models, or exploring the intersection of sport and analytics, I thrive on solving problems creatively. Outside of work, you’ll find me speaking at data events, writing blog posts for curious minds, or improvising on stage — because great storytelling happens both in data and in life.
My Journey
2023-Present
At Performalytics, I work with eCommerce brands to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. I design Tableau and Power BI dashboards, embed novel AI solutions, and streamline data pipelines across platforms—making data accessible, and truly impactful.
2022-2023
At the University of Manchester, I pursued an MSc in Data Analytics as a Global Futures Scholarship Fellow. I deepened my skills in data and machine learning, culminating in a dissertation with Lancashire Cricket to develop a fielding performance measuring system.
2021-2022
At BSW, I worked as a BI Developer and Consultant, delivering insights through Tableau dashboards for global consumer brands. I focused on enhancing product perception, automating performance tracking, and promoting best practices in dashboard design.
2019-2022
At the University of Delhi, I studied Accountancy and Finance with a strong focus on business analytics and applied statistics. It’s where I first explored the intersection of business and data, laying the foundation for my journey into data-driven problem solving.
